Established in the year 1936 by Late Shri Ramji Lal Agarwal, M/s Ramjilal Kedarmal, a firm supplying essential commodities in entire North Bengal, which than diversified into Tea business in the year 1974 by the name of Pawan Tea Company, supplying tea to renowned business firms across India, with our prime clientele being from Delhi, Punjab, West Bengal, Bihar & Rajasthan. We have proudly been the members of Siliguri Tea Auction Committee (STAC) since its inception and are amongst the oldest trading houses of the city.

 
Following the progressive nature of the firm, we ventured into the Automobile Sector in the year 2014 with Amrit Motor Works, the only SML Mahindra Dealership in Sikkim that has the sole rights of sales of Vehicles and Spares along with the only authorized service center of the state.

 
In 2019, we started with Amrit Automobiles in Coochbehar which again takes care of the Service and Spares of SML Mahindra & Mahindra Truck and Buses in the region.
